Following the success of sold out, site-specific performance, Reparation, and recent commissions in New York City, The Hard Sell is Nicole Vivien Watson's highly anticipated new production.
The Hard Sell was devised through a physical process of identification. A crucial concern in the making of the work was to draw from each of the four female performers experiences of womanhood. The work poses questions of connection and alienation, displacement and fragility. This expressed through the strength and tenderness of the body in motion, a place beyond words.
