The winter moon: A temple without a gate How high the sky! Yosa Buson (1716 -1783)
This haiku is the title of a solo work performed by Molly Hodkinson and choreographed by Nicole Vivien Watson. It has been created as a meditation and explores the strength of visualisation and imagery. One of the main internal themes explored through the development of the solo is a transition through ritual and the need for an anchor to firmly root the present from the past.
